Shipping policy

All moulds are printed or otherwise formed within 3-14 working days of your order being placed. 

Any and all taxes, duties or other levies incurred within your country for import of our moulds are your responsibility as the buyer. 

TMK Moulds does not take any responsibility for these fees and buyer must pay according to their countries laws and regulations.

Customs forms are filled with accurate descriptions of items ordered and relevant costs, do not ask us to falsify these forms to avoid taxes, fees, charges, levies or VAT

Any items returned because Taxes, Duties, Levies, VAT (Yes they tell us that this has happened) will not be refunded but will however need to have postage paid in full again to return to you the buyer. Please be aware these parcels can take up to 6mths to return to TMK Moulds as they are returned via sea mail. To avoid all this please be aware of your obligations and provide accurate information at check out.
